37 Smog and Repair represents the fulfillment of a longtime vision for owner Janna, a dedicated automotive professional who relocated to California in 2009 with the dream of earning ASE Master Technician certifications and establishing her own repair shop. Today, that vision has come to life—made even more meaningful by the opportunity to work alongside her daughter.

Janna brings over two decades of experience to the automotive industry, having started her career in 1999. After moving to California, she pursued higher education, earning her smog test and repair licenses in 2012, ASE Master Tech Certification, and later graduating with two Associate of Science degrees in Automotive Technology. Her commitment to the field extends beyond her shop—she also serves as an instructor at the very college where she earned her credentials, helping to educate and inspire the next generation of automotive technicians.
